How long will I wait for my order?

Every plaster piece is hand-made to order with an average 4/6 week lead time. For more urgent orders please enquire.

How will my order be delivered?

Pieces are sent with Fedex by default, or with an equivalent available courier - i.e. DHL / UPS. Tracking details are sent to you when your order is dispatched.

Is it possible to ship works globally?

Yes - if your country is not included in the list at checkout, please enquire, mentioning your: country, postal code and the pieces you would like to order - and we will send a bespoke shipping quote.

How can I hang the plaster pieces?

The majority of works in the portfolio eligible for wall-hanging can be hung without difficulty, from a single hanging point - a screw, hook, nail or similar, fixed securely into a wall. Most of the works weigh between 2 - 15 kg - so do not require significant / heavy fixings - we can advise further by email.

How can I care for my plaster piece?

Easily! Keep them indoors. Use a soft brush or duster for occasional cleaning. Alexander creates the works with a robust plaster, but in the event of accidental damage during the piece's lifetime, you can return it to be repaired at cost.

Returns?

Pleasingly, in 8 years of practice, no-one has asked to return a piece before! We are always happy to provide any useful support to aid a choice-making process, to ensure that the works that you choose feel right for your space - for example, by providing additional visual materials like bespoke photographs/renders of arrangements of pieces, measured and scaled to fit your room(s) / or to harmonise with a certain design brief. If you do change your mind about what you have ordered, you are welcome to return it and exchange it for another item from the portfolio of equivalent value.

What if my item is damaged when it arrives?

We take pride in packing the works carefully to avoid this happening! And happily our track record of international deliveries backs this up. However, if something unpredictable happens and your order is damaged in transit, you will receive a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
