Returns?

Pleasingly, no-one has chosen to return a piece before. However - if you change your mind about what you have ordered, we are happy to exchange it for another item from the portfolio of equivalent value, provided that you return your piece to us in perfect condition within a month of receiving it.

What if my item is damaged when it arrives?

We take pride in packing the works carefully to avoid this happening. However, if it does, you will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
